We've found that this happens when you don't own the document you're trying to run the extension on, or logged in with an email address not associated with your subscription. If you encounter this error, please try the following. 

1. Logging out and logging back in
2. Logging in with the same account that owns the document as well as has a subscription with Sheet Gurus
