Starting on November 8th 2023, we will be unable to send text messages for anyone that does not have a “pending” or “complete” verification. As such, we now require that prior to sending any messages you submit your Toll Free Number Verification.

Wireless carriers (T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) have significantly increased efforts to reduce spam. As such, we have to do more work to ensure our customers are sending texts to people that have given you permission to text them (in other words “opted-in”).
