Sheet Gurus SMS - Terms of Service

This page is for the Sheet Gurus SMS Add-on, which allows you to easily send mass text messages to team members, clients, customers, friends and anyone else while providing awesome features like dynamic variables and message history. You can install the add-on for free here.

Except as represented in this agreement, all software produced by Sheet Gurus, including all add-ons, extensions, third party API access, and all other software or services created or otherwise made available by Sheet Gurus, is provided ​“AS IS”. Other than as provided in this agreement, Sheet Gurus makes no other warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims all implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

Your account may be closed with or without warning for any or no reason. For example, if you are found to have utilized the add-on for any of the following Prohibuted Uses.

Prohibited Uses

  1. Fraudulent activity, including impersonating an individual or business for which you do not have a legal authorization for doing so
  2. Sending messages to recipients who do not know you or your business
  3. Bypassing security features
  4. Reverse engineering
  5. Transferring or selling your user account
  6. Distributing malicious code or viruses through the extension
  7. Using the extension to harass, stalk or harm anyone
